Here are a few things you might want to ask us about

What is Intelligent Document Processing? (IDP)
Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is the modern way to eliminate manual document work. Instead of staff re-typing, sorting, and routing inbound documents, IDP uses automation, OCR, and AI to classify, extract, and deliver data directly into your systems of record. It’s a faster, more compliant way to manage mission-critical documents.
How is Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) priced?
IDP is billed per document rather than per page (like fax). The per-document rate depends on the level of automation required. For example, simple OCR versus advanced data extraction and classification. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Can I get a price quote for IDP?
Absolutely. Pricing depends on your use case, document volume, and the depth of automation needed. Reach out to our team for a custom quote.
Can I purchase Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) without a fax plan?
Yes. While many customers pair IDP with cloud fax for a complete workflow solution, it can also be purchased as a standalone product.
How were the document types in the Standard Model determined?
We assessed several EHRs to identify the standard document categories that are part of their out of the box document categories. This resulted in a listing of the 20 most common healthcare document types, which are included in the Standard Model.
What document types are included in the Standard Model?
The following document types are included in the Standard Model: Admission report, Advanced Directive, Coordination of Care, Care Plan, Informed Consent/Consent to treat, Discharge Report, Explanation of Benefits (EOB), Privacy/HIPAA Acknowledgement, Immunization Record, Insurance Card, Insurance Claim Forms, Lab Results, Medical History / Continuity of Care Record, Medication Administration Record, Operative Report, Patient Intake, Prior Authorization Request, Radiology Report, Release of Information, Referral Form
Workspaces (in the IDP Package) will also allow for uploading documents from a variety of data sources, not just incoming faxes. What sources?
You can route faxes into Workspaces and upload documents from a local drive or through OneDrive, Box, Google Drive, or Dropbox. We will be adding additional sources over time.
Do you require annual commitments for Fax Plans?
Nope! We offer a month to month plan with a free trial so you can try before you buy. However, scalable pricing is readily available for committed contracts. Contact sales to get a quote on that.
What if I have questions about what plan is best for me?
